Wound Care Holdings, LLC (“Wound Care”) participates in chronic wound care, consisting of two separate business models: Diversified Clinics, Inc. (dba Healogics, Inc.), an outsourced manager of on-site hospital wound care clinics; and Sechrist Industries, Inc., which manufactures hyperbaric oxygen chambers as well as other respiratory care products.
