Don Oros is a Vice President and a member of OMG. Don joined TJC in 2005. He provides tax structuring advice, review of tax-related due diligence and technical review to ensure capture of all tax benefits for our portfolio companies. In addition, he helps coordinate with service providers for tax provisions and compliance. Prior to TJC, Don worked as a Senior Tax Manager at Ernst & Young. Don holds a B.S. and an M.A. in Accounting from the University of Illinois. He is a certified public accountant.
